I visited Aqua Lounge last week for a meeting at noon, my associate had the Baked Fish with Thai lemon mint sauce, and I had the Four Cheese Fettuccini, with the Chocolate Volcano dessert with a scoop of ice cream, and lemonade for drinks. The fish was even better than the best fish I had in at the Chittagong club in Bangladesh back a few years ago, it was crisp with a light batter, cooked in butter. This is fine dining, and average per person costs are an average of Rs 1,500 and above for a 3 course meal. I highly recommend the re-launched Aqua Grill, I had the food here under the previous management a few years back, and their Chocolate Volcano dessert is something that must be tried if you like chocolate. The portions are good and sizable compared to other fine dining experiences. I had recently tried Xanders and the small portion size at Xanders was a disappointment compared to their high cost, but not here, if you value fine dining, the new Aqua Lounge is a place that cant be missed, the place is full at dinner and has lots of space during the lunch hours. This is one restaurant that I will be visiting every month.

Recently saw the relaunch of Aqua Lounge in Zamzama... the interior is fabulous i would say. They serve seafood there and i am craving for it especially after visiting the place.I have heard they have introduced continental and italian cuisine too. What am i waiting for :p Aqua lounge here i cometh....would re-comment once i try the food :p
