The ambiance has slow music, dull lights and multi coloured stuff inside to provide comfortable and soothing environment to dine in, The food is so amazing there as once you get in will be a fan. One fine evening I just went to try with my friends and in same month went at-least 3 times, if you haven’t tried yet , must give it a try .:)

Their Italian stake was good though, American stake was quite average, calamari was a little above average,choc moose was amazing.

experience was not good . Food was oK .Presentation was so so .Service was slow and unfriendly .Not recommended . wastage of both money and time .

Had a dinner @ Arizona Grill, Atrium Mall on Sunday July 1st. Among few other things, ordered Ceasar Salad. As Menu suggested, it didn't have any Parmesan Cheese in it. Also few of the lettuce leaves were rotten. Showed it to waiter, and left a comment card as well with complaint. Hoping they would not serve such low grade food to their other customers in future.

I would say that Arizona Grill has somehow lost it's charm. When it opened up in it's early days everything about it used to be amazing now i feel that only the food is good rest has lost the lustre. The food without a doubt is amazing. The atmosphere is good but i feel it could get better.The service however is pretty slow. Overall, it's a good place if you are looking for good steaks.

One branch of Arizona grill which I wont recommend is the atrium mall one.....Location is prime but service is not what u expect on top of that food is OK and the presentation is mediocre

An OK place to dine........This is a pretty good restaurant. Their service is great, the food selection is good. The food here was above average, but nothing spectacular..

my last experience was a bad experience because of service i was dieing for food and they takes more than 40mins so i dont like the service they should fix this problem.

Cuisine close to the Western Style but with a bit of Asian touch to it. Much like Gun Smoke, another venue like this one. Arizona does have more variety on the menu.
My steak was supposed to be medium but it arrived totally "kachcha" and was beyond rare. I asked the waiter to bring it back to have it further cooked, and was told I would have to pay Rs. 80 extra since the sauce would have to be re-done. I agreed, and 10 minutes later it came back but was still raw in the middle. At this time I got infuriated and the waiter was unhelpful. Another issue is that I have not found one restaurant in Karachi that knows how to cook and prepare steaks. I dont know which part of the cow they use for their steaks.....to me it seems like flank steak cuz its not tender at all.

I was really surprise to know Arizona Grill has a branch in Saddar but later when I visited their branch I realized Atrium mall isn't that bad spot for them. So far they are the only fine dinning restaurant there so it gives them an edge over other eateries at food court. I Wish them luck and hope to have same good experience there in future.
