It is a desi style Western Food. Steaks were ok, very cooked well but lacked taste, maybe I had the wrong flavour. Grilled Quesadillas as a starter are good. Fajitas were pleasantly tasty. Servers were not trained to assist guest in selecting their order. Atmosphere is good. Food quantity is also good. Had to remind the server thrice to bring drinks which were served when we were done with half of our meal.

Great dine in location and pretty good food. If you like Arizona, Grill House you will love this place. Location wise its alot better and taste wise the food is also better. Price is a bit on the higher side but then again everything by the sea is more expensive ;)

The view just about takes your breath away!! The food is the regular grill kind, you would expect from Kahva, it's obviously not as good as Kahva, but it sure comes in a close second, the open air atmosphere hitches up its rating a notch.

One of the 12 Restaurants on the Do Darya belt. Been to Charcoal Grill a number of times found the Nachos, Sheesha and starter platter decent enough, other then that it's a real hit or miss.

Located at the food street sea view ..... its worth a try for sure though there are other good options there like ambala and sajjad ..but for a change should be tried

So, its friday and we usually have family dinners on a friday as saturdays are mostly friends or corporate meetings. we decided the do darya belt and off we were to charcoal grill. last time when i was here, it was a year back, charcoal grill was the third restaurant on that strip. it left me impressed which is one of the reason i chose charcoal grill. Valet parking, great reception felt good for a nice introduction while the sofas in the waiting area had problems with cushion covers, and it kid of did look bad. we were 7 Adults, 4 kids so we needed a good big table and we got it on the deck right which seemed like a good place at first but then after a few minutes the frequent flyby of the waiters to other tables, we felt like a transit airport. everyone was just walking by us and it was not comfortable at all. Our order was 1 charcoal mix starter platter Rs.360, included approx 3 wings, 3 cheese strips, 3 chicken strips, 3 good quality mushrooms and 4 dips. very nice and the mass variety of the items was enjoyed by everyone. the waiter also recommended some chilli bites, we ordered 2, which were very similar to the Peri bites we get at nandos, the chillies were bigger in size, but wait, where was the chicken ? i could hardly see that in there and it cost us 300 each. very un appetizing, not worth a penny. for main course, we had, roman chicken ( very nice ), beef double steak ( very nice and pleasant to eat), sizzling chicken fajita, i have to talk about this because i was so impressed with the serving size, when it arrived we thought we had ordered a double combined meal but the case was opposite. very impressive and probably the best meal we tasted throughout the evening. it had onions, capsicum and the spices were very original. we also ordered mushroom steak ( average taste, wont recommend) Mushroom Chicken, again an average tasting plate, so wont recommend that either. also we orders something called mexique chicken which was in the mexican menu and was served with steamed rice, the quality of rice was cheap while the rest of it was very tasty and good to eat. sauce a bit watery, but over all a nice one. OK i have to say some one liners about the dishes worth my review and i will tell you whats the best and worst of it. the Steak was very fresh, very well prepared and marinated and very very mouth watering. if you are a steak lover, you have to come and try the best this place has to offer. Wings, very generic flavour, similar you can get at arizona grill, roasters etc but something special about these wings was, they had something extra and they are worth the value. roman chicken, i was full when i saw the roman chicken, and by the looks of it, i wanted to eat again. maybe thats good enough description. anything with a Mushroom Sauce, don't order. i think they are making mushroom sauce in their own kitchen, im not sure about it , but it just doesnt taste nice. as much as i love mushrooms, i know what im talking about. the peri bites, that the chef recommended, was just waste of money not worth a penny. i get a started platter for Rs.360, and i get a peribite plate with 5 chiilies for Rs.300 i will not recommend. get the platter its worth it. The service and the ambiance at this place is fast and very soothing respectively. the food service is fast. hardly 7 mins for the starter platter, and maximum 15-20 mins for the main course. the waiter will take his chances and tell you 30 mins minimum, but when it arrives early, it will make you happy and you end up tipping good. one thing i did not like about the service, we were sitting on a combination of chairs and sofas and we have 5 chairs. the ladies between their dining had to take the kids to the playing area and roam around for 10-15 mins. in that time, we had 4 different waiters come to us and ask, Sir " yeh kusri lay lown ? " and at one time, one of the waiters was a repeat request. trust me you dont like that kind of interruption when you are eating and the fact that you get the same thing in your face again and again. it pisses me off. the drinks, we ordered conventional carbonated beverages. on a summer night and with good meaty food, you want to enjoy well chilled drinks and sadly we never got any. everytime i goto a restaurant, and the waiter asks me sir what drink, i tell them " jo fridge may sab say thandi ho, lay aao" i was dissappointed in charcoal grill, and with that kind of closing gesture, the over all experience looses 2 points out of 10. Our total bill was 6700, and we have food left for take away, so avg per head comes out to be around Rs.700-800 which is reasonable. also what i did not like was that the valet was eyeballing my wallet for the tip. i gave him a reasonable tip and he murmured " Sir woh 50 rupay wala note dey dein" i will score 6.5 for charcoal grill and would recommend it for good summer weekends with family. Amazing variety...from pakistani to continental and great sheesha flavors as well..Their starter platter and buffalo wings are not to be missed ! To top it all...Amazing ambiance and great service!

Great tasting food in an even better environment. Their mutton chanps are an absolute delight.
