In 1985, Rich and Greg Komen of Restaurants Unlimited in Seattle, WA wanted to create "the world's best cinnamon roll" for a new concept they were developing. They hired a local food connoisseur, and after three months, hundreds of kitchen experiments and many trips to Indonesia to find the best, most flavorful cinnamon, the team perfected the Cinnabon recipe and opened the first Cinnabon bakery on Dec. 5, 1985 at Sea Tac Mall.
Cinnabon bakeries have built a reputation for serving fresh, aromatic cinnamon rolls made with premium Indonesian cinnamon and topped with a sweet, rich, cream cheese-based frosting. Each Cinnabon product is served hot out of the oven and baked fresh before our guest's eyes.
Although we are known for our world famous Classic cinnamon rolls and other heavenly treats, including the Caramel Pecanbon, Chocobon and Cinnabon Stix, we also offer delicious, handcrafted Coffee & specialty beverages.
Our specialty beverages include the Mochalatta Chill®, a Guest favorite and our smooth, frozen beverages called Chillattas®. You can also let our baristas handcraft your favorite beverages, made using pure Arabica beans and served hot, blended or over ice.
