Evolution was one of the first Cafes that sprung up in Karachi. It was the talk of the town in it's peak years. It still has great food and good atmosphere but the service department I believe has taken a downfall. If they upgrade their service they can come back to their old position.

Evolution's one of the best fine dining restaurants. Besides a-la-carte, their buffet was once talk of the town. The ambiance and food, both were unmatched and we always preferred to take our guests there. A couple of years ago, we went for dinner there and had a bad experience this time. I don't know if they have improved or not.
