I visited there for lunch bt i was quite disoppointed...their service isn't gud...there was nobody to take order for half an hour...then after taking order we waited for 50 min for our food.....too much expensive....and food were just so so especially biryani n pizza....their food does nt match the level of 4 star....they should improve their service and food n their behavior vd customers....

There used to be a time when I loved Regent because I had so many memories there, but now with the passing time the service has turned crap and so say the other people too (Google 'other people' :P)... anyhoo, the other day, my colleagues and I had a meeting at the health club and then we decided to feed our rumbling stomachs. We first waited in the Regent's 'bakery' (It has nothing on display except a cake) and there was nobody to serve us - we then moved on to Jharoka, hoping for a cool breakfast, but SADLY after taking our order, the waiter passed by us a dozen times serving the non-existent customers and thought he would make an ass out of us by making us wait for what seemed like an hour... in the end we got pissed off, got up and told the manager we're leaving... and the manager of a (God knows how many star) restaurant goes, "nai wo bus aara hai"... and stumbling a few times on his own sentences said 'acha :(' And we went home unhappy stomachs. An unhappy stomach does not write a good review :@
