Reservations Food Connection Pakistan is a medium between our Visitors and Food Businesses across Pakistan. Our goal is to make reservations for Visitors at their desired restaurant, café, food location at best effort basis. We will communicate the exact status (reservation is confirmed, reservation is declined, restaurant does not take reservations, any other message which is communicated to us) given from the restaurant to the individual who has made a reservation. We do not take any guarantee that the restaurant will honor the reservation as they have communicated to us over the phone. For restaurants we do not take any guarantee whether the respective Individual/ Group will turn up at the time of reservation. To safeguard restaurant interest we only cater to reservations for smaller groups, In case of reservation for larger groups we advice the customers to get in contact with the relevant group directly. Furthermore in order to facilitate restaurants we give a leverage of 15 Mins to party who has made reservation. In case if the party does not show within 15 minutes of said time the restaurant may give the table to anyone else. This clause is made clear to the restaurants and Individuals at the time of making the reservation.
