Since it is 1st Floor, the restaurant should think to add the Lift. The ambiance is OK but since it is not a candle light very formal one; they must add some funk to it! No music is heard especially in afternoons so it gets boring... Service is not very quick but not too bad either! Food is yum, try the steak sandwich or try the strognoff.... Its good but take the company there....

decent eatery great place to hang out ...........Its a little on the expensive side even when compared to other restaurants in the same price range but well worth it. Food is always good, its always very filling and you never get the feeling that you paid more than you should have. The only thing I feel they can improve on service. They need to improve their service time a little but honestly, I can wait a few extra minutes for food that tastes this good.

Quiet location and ambience .. It serves good food but waiters can benefit from further training! You will want to eat everything on the menu but it will only diasppoint. I guess the litmus test of a failed restaurant is deals on main meals which is what this outfit offers.
If you, like me, have been disappointed by this place, try out karachi and see how good it is. If the management was serious about succeess, theyld bring in their karachi people to run this joint. When they do, ill be there. Till then I'm staying away.
