Saffron offers a versatile cuisine encircling many recipes from from Mediterranean, Greece and Italy, with a promise of an authentic taste of the cultures which inspire them. Saffron always uses the highest quality and freshest ingredients which include Morel Mushrooms, fresh salmon smoked salmon and fine asparagus. Amongst the most popular dishes on the menu are the Lobster Thermidore, Grilled Tiger Prawns and the Crudité Platter, Roasted Tomato Soup and which includes Hummus, Moutabal, Mezza, Falafel, Dolmah (wine leaves wrapped like cigars.
