Mexican Food Festival at La Terrasse Ramada Plaza Hotel

Pakistan has now become a country that has famous and top notch restaurants which provide not only Pakistani and Desi food, but also other cuisines like Italian, Mexican, Spanish and many more. Keeping that in sight, the famous Ramada Plaza Hotel in Karachi arranged “Mexican Food Festival” at La Terrasse from 5th July to 8th July 2012.

 
 
 

The first day of Delicias Mexicanas at La’ Terrasse Restaurant went pretty smooth. Mr. Umer Qureshi (Food & Beverage Manager) along with Mr. Asif Iqbal (Director Marketing & Public Relations) were present to invite everyone at their wonderfully festooned, Mexican Food Restaurant. The ambiance was extremely convivial, full of colors and that feel of a pure Mexican restaurant was shining throughout the whole diner. Everyone along with the cheerful attendants who were wearing the typical Mexican attire and welcoming everyone played their part well on maintaining the Mexican theme accompanied by the Mexicano music played at the back. The food festival was inaugurated by Minister of Information, Mr. Sharjeel Memon and General Manager of Ramada Plaza Hotel Mr. Junaid Ashraf.

Now comes the scrumptious and zestful Mexican cuisines that were being served to everyone. Margareta, Nachos with Salsa, Live Tacos, Fajitas, Quesadillas and Tornados Martini and amongst the tempting desserts, Chocolate Mexican Caramel, Chocolate Mexican Cake, Fruit trifle, Fried ice cream and many more Mexican servings were nicely decorated and displayed to entice the guests towards having a taste of the pure and authentic Mexican food. All the dishes were brilliant to have, a happy day for the taste buds and received thumbs up in return from the guests, just the way it should be.

It looks splendid , I've tried my best but yeah , couldn't really make it , and the reason I wanted to be there was Fried Ice cream I really missed it for years , well looks like it was a great festival to taste Mexican cuisines , Margareta , Nachos , Salsa , live Tacos , Fajiyas , Quesadillas too..........Hoc erat frigus festum, vivunt hospitii :))
