Posted on : March 31, 2012 Gloria Jeans Coffees - SMCHS I like GJ's coffee and love their desserts and location. It's refreshing to find that a coffee house of some international open near the previous centre of our sprawling city, allowing people residing in North and Eastern parts of Karachi to reach there relatively easily. My taste buds found gladly that the Quality :-)of GJ's coffee was on par with what you find at any GJ's in Australia but sadly for my wallet:-( so was the price!. That said what I found puzzling , on my recent trip to Turkey and might have to do with GJ's franchise policy or why Ashray's Group it's franchise operator in Pakistan Is charging so much is that in Istanbul even accounting for currency exchange difference GJ's was twice as expensive and 30 percent dearer than Starbucks there.

Posted on July 02, 2012 For Papparoti Expected to open at Dolmen Mall Clifton Paparich is subperb in Malaysia , not sure what Paparoti will offer from the sound of it a similiar menu, if so they should be good and to liking of our Pakistani paletes , with Malaysian delights(combo of south indian, chinese and malay cusine ) such roti chani, telur, etc, ) (paratha with served curry, lentils and sambal)kaya (cocount) Laksas curry/soup noodles in a bowl,rice dishes such Nasi lemik etc , steamed or buns, break, with peanut , chciken rice with chicken chops and deserts such as ABC (Malayasian style Gola Ghandas)Drinks and tea/cofee...

I love their specialty " the Persian chullu Kebab witth baked whole tomato and melting cottage butter" and then washing it down with old style Tea House Chai going out of business in Karachi, tough on a recent trip I found out that they have increased their prices by quite a bit!

I admire the empowerment of ordinary consumers like me and would like you to become a two way connection between us and hospatality industry.Although quite comprehsive content but please, increase your coverage of more cities such as Okara, Sailkot, Gujarawala, Murree, Abbotabad, Rahim yar Khan , Bahawalpur, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Sargodha , Kalat, Ziarat and so forth and more restaurants. Just a suggestion for consistency and so that everyone thinking of going to Hardees can see and form their own opnion or counter opinion and If true , Hardees management can take cue and some how have their say in all fairness. Please shift Attia Mian comment onto Hardees Page and not on features page.
